The service
Stayapps provides a hotel operations platform (web and mobile) covering housekeeping, maintenance, inventory, lost & found and team messaging, as described on this website and in the order form.
Accounts
The hotel is responsible for the accounts it creates for its staff and for keeping credentials confidential. Roles and permissions are configured by the hotel's administrators.
Subscription and payment
Each hotel receives a quote and an order form stating the modules, the number of rooms and the billing period. Prices exclude VAT. Subscriptions can be cancelled at the end of the current period.
Data
The hotel owns its data. Stayapps processes it only to provide the service, under a data processing agreement available on request. Data can be exported at any time.
Availability
We aim for 99.9% monthly availability for the web platform. Planned maintenance is announced in advance on the status page.
Liability
Stayapps is a tool that supports hotel operations; the hotel remains responsible for its operational and regulatory decisions. Our liability is limited to the fees paid over the previous twelve months.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute is subject to the courts of Versailles, France.
