These Terms of Service govern your use of the Stayapps platform. Please read them carefully before using our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Stayapps platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using Stayapps on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.
2. Description of Service
Stayapps is a cloud-based hospitality operations platform that provides tools for housekeeping management, maintenance tracking, inventory control, lost & found management, and team messaging. The platform is provided as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and is accessible via web browsers and mobile applications.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and promptly update it if anything changes. Notify us immediately at hello@stayapps.io if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, systems, or networks connected to the platform.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the platform.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform.
- Use the platform to store or transmit malicious code or harmful content.
5. Data Ownership
You retain all rights to the data you input into Stayapps. We do not claim ownership of your operational data, guest information, or any content you create within the platform. We process your data solely to provide and improve the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability of the platform but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance when possible. We are not liable for temporary unavailability due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
7. Intellectual Property
The Stayapps platform, including its design, code, features, documentation, and branding, is owned by Stayapps and protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you any rights to use our trademarks, logos, or brand assets without prior written consent.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the service by providing written notice. Upon termination, your access to the platform will be revoked. You may request an export of your data within 30 days of termination. After this period, your data will be deleted in accordance with our data retention policy.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stayapps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Versailles, France.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the platform at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
