Stayapps SAS, 37 De Grasse Village, 78810 Feucherolles, France, is the data controller for this website and the data processor for the hotels that use the Stayapps platform.
What we collect on this website
Contact details you send us through the contact form or by email, and anonymous usage statistics. We do not use advertising trackers.
What hotels store in Stayapps
Hotels using Stayapps store operational data: rooms, tasks, work orders, inventory, found items and staff accounts. Guest data from the PMS is limited to what is needed for operations (room, stay dates, flags). Hotels remain the controllers of this data.
Where data is hosted
All data is hosted in the European Union. We do not transfer personal data outside the EU.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion or export of your personal data at any time by writing to privacy@stayapps.io.
Retention
Contact requests are kept for 24 months. Platform data is kept for the duration of the hotel's subscription and deleted within 90 days after it ends, unless the hotel asks for earlier deletion.
